The chief mission of Chain of DIPS Institutes  is to cultivate in the sensitive souls of the students such superbly fine traits that are as per the demands of 21st century and that are to make them the realising and responsible denizens of the world. DIPS Chain considers it its foremost responsibility that such an environment should be provided to the students that they become vocationally and socially perfect and that they always keep on trying to develop a fellow-feeling free from the bias of caste, creed, language, domicile, social and economic status. Every effort is made to transform our students into perfectly accomplished human beings so that they can walk in the society with their head held high and with such an unflinching confidence. The requisite opportunities are arranged for them to excel not only not only in academic but extra academic fields as well. To build their moral character to develop every aspect of their personality and to inculcate scientific temper in them is the destination of our chase.

Our Mission is to give the nation such teachers who become ambassadors of change and equip the youth with such skills which will enable them to deal with regional, national and global challenges and make them contributing citizens of a vibrant democracy.

Our vision is to make DIPS College of Education Rarra Morr a model teacher education institution where pupil teachers may learn to interact, grow and discover their true potential.

 OBJECTIVES

·         To provide value based  quality teacher  education and inculcate self discipline in pupil teachers.

·          To enable the pupil teachers to co- relate theory with practice.

·          To enable the pupil teachers to use ICT for teaching and learning.

·         To inculcate basic human and spiritual values in the pupil teachers through participation in social and cultural activities.

    ·       To develop the requisite soft skills in the pupil teachers and bring about total personality development of the students.
