Facilities & Infrastructure

The College will be spread over  3 acres of land in a serene , calm and pollution free environment  and  will be  well equipped with   all the  modern facilities and amenities, namely :

1. Library :  

    A well-equipped, well-ventilated, spacious & well-stocked library will be  an important part of our infrastructure. It will be developed as an additional glittering element of DIPS. Here, students can best utilize their time, reading a variety of books provided, with open-shelf system. Books will be issued to the students for a stipulated period of time on procedural grounds.

2. Science Laboratory :

 The College will have well-equipped & sophisticated laboratory for Physics, Chemistry & Biology with every needed apparatus where experience & seasoned teachers will take care of the students while doing practicals & various experiments. Keeping in mind, the practical benefit of learning by doing, the students are familiarized with ever changing scientific world.

3. Computer Lab :

Realizing the cyber significance of Information Technology of our modern society, every Institute of DIPS Chain has set up a well equipped & sophisticated computer laboratory where efforts are made to acquaint the students with every hue of computer world, so that our pupils do not lag behind in the innovative scenario. The college will run special computer classes for the vocational purposes also.

4. Air-conditioned College Hostel:

A home away from home. It will provides the luxurious facilities & a chance to the students for self-grooming & self-independence. It will also provide separate hostel accommodation for girls, and a doctor on call. Students will be under 24 hours care of a qualified hostel warden.

5. Psychology Lab :

The  college  will have  a  Psychology  Lab. fully  equipped with Apparatus for experiments related to Educational psychology . The lab will  have   different  types of verbal and non-verbal intelligence tests , Aptitude   tests ,  Creativity  tests  ,  Attitude    tests  and  Interest Inventories of different authors and publishers .

6. Edu. Technology Lab.:

The college will have one  complete  Education Technology Lab. fully equipped  with LCD / DLP Projector, Over Head Projector, Video and Still Cameras, Colour T.V., DVD, VCD, Audio Cassette / CD Player, Radio and other essential required apparatus. 

7. Audio- visual / Seminar Room :

The college will have one very big hall having a capacity to accomodate 150 persons for conducting various seminars and other education related activities. The hall will be fully equipped with latest Public Address System, Computer with LCD/DLP Projector and other accessories.

8.   LANGUAGE LAB :

The Language Laboratory is equipped with the latest in digital technology. The Language Centre combines the features of a traditional language laboratory (listening, recording, playback, dialogue) with the full potential of digital sound and images. Using headsets attached to networked lab equipment, students can work under supervision in groups or pairs, or study a new language independently.

 This lab is also used to give practice to students on speech sounds and different program and project work is done to improve their language acquiring skills.
